1. How many bunnies do you bring?

We typically bring 10 - 12 bunnies for the average-size party. More bunnies are required for larger numbers of guests and corporate events. Please let us know if you plan to have more than 10 guests.

2. What time do the bunnies arrive for the event and how long does it take to set up?

For the typical birthday event, the bunnies and team arrive 10 - 15 minutes before the event. It takes very little time to set up. Please let us know if we need to walk a long distance or park far away from the event venue. For corporate events, we arrive earlier and will discuss a detailed plan for unloading, parking and set up prior to the event.

3. How big of a space do I need for the bunnies and guests?

For the average-sized birthday party, a 10' x 12’ or 12’ x 12’ area is great. We’ve done events in: small living rooms; garages; play rooms; parks; community centers; and large corporate spaces.

4. What do I need to do to prepare for the bunnies?… Do we need a fence or an enclosure?

Virtually nothing other than decide on where you would like us to set up! We bring a tarp and clean turf for the bunnies and guests to be on. For corporate events, we will discuss the various settings and set-ups to make sure we are accommodating the variety of guests attending the event. Fence or enclosure…we have it covered! Our bunnies are great at staying on the guests laps or on our turf. No need for anything other than what we bring with us.

5. What time should I have the guests arrive?

For our one-hour parties, we suggest having guests arrive 15 - 30 minutes prior to the bunny start time. That way, your guests don’t miss any of the bunny fun! For corporate events, we will discuss the timing for the event.

6. What age group is this appropriate for?

Our events are fun for ages 1 to 101! We tailor the event activity and information to the specific age group we are working with. We have worked with: preschools; summer camps; retirement homes; memory care facilities; special needs classrooms; and large corporate entities.

7. Can we host the event somewhere other than our home?

Absolutely! Parks, community centers, country clubs, and other private and corporate venues are great for parties. We always clean up behind us and the bunnies are very clean!

8. Does 24 Carrot Parties host events at their location?

Other than our “in-house” bunny summer camps — Camp 24 Carrot™ — we do not host the events on our property.

9. How many guests can I invite?

An average size kid's birthday party is 8. We include up to 8 in our party packages. You may have more than 8 kids, however there is an additional charge per kid. Please see the 14 Carrot, 18 Carrot and 24 Carrot package descriptions for the charges that apply. This pricing does not apply to corporate/public events. We do not charge per person for corporate/public events. Our corporate events are quoted based on time, general size and event details.

10. Can you accommodate special dietary requirements for the food you bring to the 18 Carrot, 24 Carrot and Custom Parties?

We try our best to accommodate special dietary requirements, but we can not cover every dietary need/restriction. The food we provide does not come from a nut free facility. Please let us know what the dietary needs are of your guest(s) so we can work to accomplish that or let you know when we cannot.
